Feelin' Feverish

It was inevitable and I am rather surprised that we have lasted list long with out one, but Brynlee got her first fever. She was fussy at church Sunday and during the last hour had this inconsolable cry that I had never heard before. It just melted my heart. When we got home and I put her down for a nap she was feeling pretty warm. She slept pretty much all day only waking to eat and dose up on Tylenol. I thought I was in for a long night since she had slept all day but I was pleasantly surprised when she slept all night. At about 2:30am I checked Brynlee and it seemed that the Tylenol did the trick, she wasn't feverish anymore. Wahoo! I was glad that we were at my Mom and Dad's for Brynlee's first fever so my mom could keep me from freaking out. Sadly, Mom got the bug today and slept most of the morning and early afternoon. Good news is, it seems to pass quickly so hopefully we will be back to the fun tomorrow.
