Baby Shower!
I'm so blessed to have such great friends here in Kentucky! I had an awesome baby shower thrown by two really great friends! There was plenty of great food, great weather (It snowed, kinda. Wahoo! Love it!), great friends and a great haul! Brynlee made out pretty good. She will be pleased to see that all of these presents are for her, I'm sure. Thank you to everyone who came and showered us with so much love and great gifts to get us started out with the new addition to the Jones Family!

Thirty One Short Weeks!

This was last week. 31 weeks.
Everyone keeps asking me if I'm OK and I think that people look at me weird when I tell them that I'm fine. I really have been very lucky. I had no morning sickness or nausea of any kind. I was really only warn out for about 3 weeks in my first trimester. Eating hasn't been a problem. Smells haven't been way out of control. Of course, other peoples BO really bugs but that isn't just a pregnancy thing. I have had little swelling in my feet and none in my hands. I feel the baby move a lot. I have had some back pain and sciatic nerve pain. I feel like I sweat more. I sleep through the night pretty good except for the trips to the bathroom. I haven't been an emotional mess really. Needless to say Bryce and I have been very lucky. This pregnancy has flown by and it is hard to believe that in a few short weeks she will be here. Brynlee seems to be happy and healthy and on her way into the world. And although it has been fairly easy to provide a safe, warm womb for her, we are so excited to meet her on the outside of my body! We hear they are more fun that way.

Baby showers are the best. I wish I could have been there for it to see all the cute baby girl stuff. You're looking so good and I'm so glad your pregnancy is going well and fast--not much longer!

I'm so glad you got a shower! They're harder to come by in Provo (where if everyone had one, you'd all go broke). How fun!
As for being more fun on the outside...you're going to spend at least a few moments wishing you could put her back. 'Cause she's never going to be easier to take care of than she is right now. No car seats, diaper bags, bottles, etc, and you can't hear her crying.
I hope she's really as mellow as she seems to be!
